FOR NON-PROFITS & SOCIAL ENTERPRISES

A consulting team,
uniquely affordable,
on your hardest question.

We work with almost any organisation doing good — non-profits, social enterprises, and mission-driven teams. Impact is our focus, not a barrier to entry. Quality is protected by our review system, not a fee: our consulting is uniquely affordable, and our students do it for the experience and the mission.

Five fields. We reply within a week, usually faster. The call itself commits you to nothing.

01Route plan — scoping call to board-ready deck

The engagement, step by step

We run two consulting cycles a year: October–January and March–June. Each engagement is scoped to a single cycle — roughly a semester of work by a dedicated team. No surprises: a written scope you sign off on, named touchpoints along the way, and a final presentation your board can act on.

Port 00 · Start of cycle

Scoping call

A structured discovery conversation: your challenge, your constraints, what success looks like. One hour, no commitment.

Port 01 · Week 1

Proposal signed

A written scope you sign off on. What we will answer, what we won't, and what you'll hold at the end. No surprises mid-project.

Port 02 · Through the cycle

The project

A team of 4–6 student consultants with a dedicated Team Leader. A mid-point review where you course-correct, and working sessions as the analysis firms up. Your time: about an hour a week.

Port 03 · End of cycle

Board-ready presentation

Presented to you and yours, with every underlying analysis handed over. Yours to use, cite, and build on.

02Port control

Why affordable doesn't mean unchecked

Every deliverable clears review before it reaches you: an AI-assisted senior review our branch builds in-house and publishes in the open, checking evidence, logic, and clarity against professional consulting standards.

We are the only student consultancy we know of that can show you its quality system rather than just claim one.

03Load options

What we
can take on

Six load options — each row is what a scoped engagement in that area looks like. Full container detail on the home deck. These six areas are where most of our work sits — but the branch is always expanding and we take projects case by case. If your challenge sits outside this list, ask anyway; out-of-scope inquiries are welcome.
