For non-profits & social enterprises

A consulting team, at no cost, on your hardest question.

This is the shape of the proposal you'd receive from us — shown as a live deck, because the deck is the deliverable. If your organisation's primary goal is impact rather than profit, you likely qualify.

Week 0 — scoping call. A structured discovery conversation: your challenge, your constraints, what success looks like. One hour, no commitment.

Week 1 — proposal. A written scope you sign off on: what we will answer, what we won't, what you'll hold at the end.

Weeks 2–11 — the project. A team of 4–6 student consultants with a dedicated lead; a mid-point review where you course-correct.

Final week. A board-ready presentation, delivered to you and yours, every underlying analysis handed over.

Scope options

Your engagement targets exactly one of six clearly scoped areas

1Digital Transformation

The right tools and processes, so a small team stops losing hours to manual work.

2Marketing & Engagement

Reaching the audiences your mission serves — and its donors and volunteers.

3Financial Sustainability

Funding models and cost structures that survive beyond the next grant cycle.

4Market Assessment

Evidence on demand, partners, and competition before you commit resources.

5Operational Efficiency

Finding where effort leaks out of your processes and redesigning around capacity.

6Impact Measurement

The numbers that prove your work works, for boards and funders.

One question, honestly scoped, beats five questions half-answered. The scoping call exists to find that one question.

The obvious question

"They're students — why should my board trust this?" Fair. Here's the answer.

Every deliverable passes an AI-assisted senior review before you see it — built by our branch, published in the open, checking evidence, logic, and clarity against professional consulting standards.

Its core rule: a finding must quote the document verbatim, or stay silent. No student consultancy we know of can show you its quality system. We just did.

Reviewed — evidence checked

And the honest limits, on the record: we are students, engagements take a semester, and we say no to scopes we can't do well. That "no" is part of the quality system too.

The ask

One scoping call. One hour. Nothing to lose but the problem.

Four fields, and we reply within a week — one email from a person, never a sequence. The call commits you to nothing; the proposal that follows is yours to sign or decline.

An honesty note: this form is a design preview — it goes live with the site.
