For non-profits & social enterprises
A consulting team, at no cost, on your hardest question.
This is the shape of the proposal you'd receive from us — shown as a live deck, because the deck is the deliverable. If your organisation's primary goal is impact rather than profit, you likely qualify.

What working with us actually looks like
The engagement
Four gates, ten to twelve weeks, and you can leave at every gate
- WK 0Scoping call — one hour, no commitment
- WK 1Proposal, signed by you
- WKS 2–11The project — team of 4–6 + dedicated lead, mid-point review
- FINAL WKBoard-ready presentation, everything handed over
Week 0 — scoping call. A structured discovery conversation: your challenge, your constraints, what success looks like. One hour, no commitment.
Week 1 — proposal. A written scope you sign off on: what we will answer, what we won't, what you'll hold at the end.
Weeks 2–11 — the project. A team of 4–6 student consultants with a dedicated lead; a mid-point review where you course-correct.
Final week. A board-ready presentation, delivered to you and yours, every underlying analysis handed over.
Scope options
Your engagement targets exactly one of six clearly scoped areas
- 1Digital Transformation
- 2Marketing & Engagement
- 3Financial Sustainability
- 4Market Assessment
- 5Operational Efficiency
- 6Impact Measurement
the six areas as listed on our branch page — each one described in full on slide 5 of the introduction deck
What the signed proposal fixes
- The one question we will answer, in your words
- The evidence we will gather to answer it
- The deliverable you hold at the end, and its format
- The two dates you are in the room: mid-point review, final presentation
- Your time cost: about an hour a week
What it deliberately leaves out
- Anything outside the one scoped question — a second question is a second engagement
- Implementation after the final week; we hand over, you run it
- Analysis that needs paid data we cannot access, unless you hold the licence
- Scopes we cannot do well in a semester — we say no, and say so early
The obvious question
"They're students — why should my board trust this?" Fair. Here's the answer.
Every deliverable passes an AI-assisted senior review before you see it — built by our branch, published in the open, checking evidence, logic, and clarity against professional consulting standards.
Its core rule: a finding must quote the document verbatim, or stay silent. No student consultancy we know of can show you its quality system. We just did.
The rule, as the reviewer applies it
A reviewer proposes a finding on your deck
case studies — in preparation with client consent
The ask
One scoping call. One hour. Nothing to lose but the problem.
Four fields, and we reply within a week — one email from a person, never a sequence. The call commits you to nothing; the proposal that follows is yours to sign or decline.
An honesty note: this form is a design preview — it goes live with the site.
