Scoping call
A structured discovery conversation: your challenge, your constraints, what success looks like. One hour, no commitment — nothing is posted to the account until you say so.
If your organisation's primary goal is impact rather than profit — a non-profit, a social enterprise, a mission-driven institution — you likely qualify[F1]. Student consultants do it for the experience and the mission; quality is protected by our review system[F2], not a fee. These are the full terms, posted openly.
A structured discovery conversation: your challenge, your constraints, what success looks like. One hour, no commitment — nothing is posted to the account until you say so.
A written scope: what we will answer, what we won't, and what you'll hold at the end. No surprises mid-project — scope changes are re-signed, never assumed.
A team of 4–6 student consultants with a dedicated team lead[F3]. A mid-point review where you course-correct, working sessions as the analysis firms up. Your time: about an hour a week.
Presented to you and yours, every underlying analysis handed over. Yours to use, cite, and build on — the account closes with you holding everything.
Every deliverable passes an AI-assisted senior review before it reaches you — built by our branch, published in the open[F2], checking evidence, logic, and clarity against professional consulting standards. Its rule is this site's rule: a finding must quote the document verbatim, or stay silent.
And the honest limits, on the record: we are students; engagements take a semester; we decline scopes we can't do well. The "no" is part of the quality system.
