NAP +1.20 m — for non-profits & social enterprises

Your hardest question is land we can reclaim.

We work with almost any organisation doing good — non-profits, social enterprises, and mission-driven teams. Impact is our focus, not a barrier to entry. A team of student consultants takes exactly one scoped question and works it, stage by stage, until you're standing on firm ground. Cost: uniquely affordable — quality is protected by our review system, not a price.

Four fields. We reply within a week, usually faster — one email from a person, never a sequence. The call itself commits you to nothing.

NAP −1.00 m — the reclamation, stage by stage · two cycles a year

How land gets made

We run two consulting cycles a year: October–January and March–June. Each engagement is scoped to a single cycle.

START · survey

Scoping call

A structured discovery conversation: your challenge, your constraints, what success looks like. One hour, no commitment — no dike gets built before the survey.

WK 1 · the dike

Proposal, signed by you

A written scope: what we will answer, what we won't, and what you'll hold at the end. The dike line is drawn together, then it holds.

THE CYCLE · pumping

The project

A team of 4–6 student consultants with a dedicated Team Leader. A mid-point review where you course-correct, working sessions as the analysis firms up. Your time: about an hour a week.

END · dry land

Board-ready presentation

Presented to you and yours, every underlying analysis handed over. Yours to build on — reclaimed land belongs to the people who live on it.

NAP −1.20 m — six parcels: your engagement works exactly one

The parcels

PARCEL 01

Digital Transformation

The right tools, so a small team stops losing hours to manual work.

PARCEL 02

Marketing & Engagement

Reaching the audiences your mission serves — and its donors and volunteers.

PARCEL 03

Financial Sustainability

Funding models that survive beyond the next grant cycle.

PARCEL 04

Market Assessment

Evidence on demand, partners, and competition before you commit.

PARCEL 05

Operational Efficiency

Finding where effort leaks out of your processes.

PARCEL 06

Impact Measurement

The numbers that prove your work works, for boards and funders.

These six parcels are where most of our work sits — but the branch is always expanding and we take projects case by case. If your challenge sits outside this list, ask anyway; out-of-scope inquiries are welcome.

NAP −2.60 m — why affordable doesn't mean unchecked

The pump runs on every deliverable

Before any deck reaches you it passes an AI-assisted senior review our branch builds and publishes in the open — evidence, logic, and clarity checked against professional consulting standards. Its rule: a finding must quote the document verbatim, or stay silent. Inspect the pump; it's public.

The honest limits, surveyed and marked: we are students; engagements take one cycle; we decline scopes we can't do well. Saying "no" is how the water stays out.
