Two roles

Choose the responsibility that fits.

Cycle 1 recruits in September; Cycle 2 recruits in January/February. Both TU Delft and Erasmus University Rotterdam students are welcome.

Consultant

Arrive fresh, learn on the job

No experience required—and we mean it. You join a trained team, work directly with a real organisation's leadership, and help take a project from research to a board-ready deliverable.

Your Team Leader owns the overall scope and keeps the team moving; you own the quality of your analysis and contribution.

Team Leader

Lead the team through a cycle

Experience is wanted here. The usual path is one cycle as a Consultant, then stepping up to Team Leader the next.

You own the project scope, client relationship, team rhythm, and quality of the final recommendation.

What you learn

A real client changes how you think.

Training gives you the methods. The project teaches you when to use them, how to explain them, and what to do when the evidence changes the answer.

You will practise structured problem-solving, client communication, team delivery, and AI-assisted consulting methods built around traceable evidence rather than confident invention.

One recruitment window per cycle.

Applications open in September for Cycle 1, which runs October–January, and in January/February for Cycle 2, which runs March–June.
